Keeping with all Rhode Island laws and regulations, as the promoter Horror Depot will provide a Rhode Island sales tax form for the day. Which will be given out upon check in. All licensed Rhode Island LLCs can provide an EIN number at check in. All out of state and other vendors are required to pay a 7% sales tax. You can make out a check to the Rhode Island Division of Taxation. Checks and paperwork will be collected at the end of the event.
